We joined the staff of Cru in 1991, immediately after graduating from college. Serving at Virginia Tech for 16 years, we then moved to Texas in 2007 to attend seminary. Having recently finished school, we are transitioning to join the leadership team in Australia, with specific responsibilities for the Campus Ministry in the State of Victoria. We plan to live in the suburbs of Melbourne and are praying we are there by June 15, 2012.
We are currently waiting on three primary things to happen before we can leave:
- We must be at 100% on our financial support. Currently we need only $300/month more to complete our team. See the Join With Us page for more info.
- Our work visas HAVE BEEN GRANTED by the Australian government. This is fully taken care of.
- We must sell our home - since we are moving to literally the other side of the world, we can't have any obligations back here in the US related to housing.
